Check Out is Before 11am
Cancellation Policy:
We offer free cancellation up until 7 days before check in. Within 7 days of check in the total is due, and no refunds are granted. Additionally, we do not offer refunds due to weather.
Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is charged 7 days before arrival.
Pet Policy:
We’re fully pet friendly at the Ferncliff Lodge. There is one time pet fee of $35 per pet for each stay. Any damage will be charged to the card on file.
